	* Please hand in your forms with fee in person or by mail. We don’t accept faxed in or emailed registration forms. * Don’t mail cash with your registration form. Make cheque payable to “AFC” and make sure you have enough money in your account. NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) penalty is $20. * For mail-in registration, a confirmation receipt will be sent through email (or fax or mail) before the conference (please write your email address clearly). If you don’t have an email address or fax, please provide us with an envelope with stamp and address so that we may mail the receipt to you. If you don’t receive the confirmation 2 weeks before the conference, please contact us. * Limited admission! First-come first-serve basis. Registration will close as soon as the conference is full or on February 29. No registration at the door. * Refund Policy – If you can’t make it to the conference after you register, please inform us ASAP and we’ll give you back your registration fee (minus $10 administration fee, no later than March 2).
