Planning |
This team is in charge of the overall planning of Teens Conference, setting
theme, workshops etc. The head of each ministry is usually invited to be
part of the planning committee. Committee meeting is usually held once a
month (Sat. afternoon).

Worship Team |
This team will lead the
delegates to worship. You need to have some experience in leading
singspiration or playing musical instrument.

|
TC Media |
Do you have the gift and
calling to share your faith through different media such as skit and drama?
You don't need to have experience but you should have a desire to humbly serve
God and share the gospel in creative ways. In order to provide better
training, this team will be trained under iDzone Performing Arts ministry. |

Master of Ceremony |
If you are a high school
student and you don't have stage-phobia, you are invited to try this
challenging service.

Handbook |
This team will work
closely with the coordinator to design, collect and edit information for
the handbook. The work load will get heavy from January to the conference
time. |

Registration |
This team will work
closely with the registrar to handle the registration forms. The work load
will get heavy from January to the conference time. |
|
Team Captain |
Team Captains will work with
the counselors to lead each team physically and spiritually. You are
responsible to lead Bible study, to reach out to non-Christians in your team
and to develop team spirit. There are mandatory training in January and
February, 2005.

Stage Crew |
Assist the AV controller in operating the sound system, lighting and power
point presentation. You are required to work with the media team during
rehearsal. You need to have some experience in lighting and sound control.

|
Special Ministry Unit (SMU) |
This team deals with security, crowd control and the
task of general management. You are very important to make sure the
conference run smoothly. If you are high school, College or university
students with a humble heart to serve God, this is the right post for you.
Planning and meeting time is minimal and usually prior to the conference. |

REC Team
|
This team is in charge of planning games and
leading the delegates during the recreation time. You need to be very
energetic and creative to do this.
