What if I lost my Confirmation Receipt?

• You can bring two pieces of ID with you to get register (Student ID/ photo copy of your health Card/ anything with your name, picture and school name on)

• email tc2006@afc-ca.org and request a replacement before March 10, 2006

What to expect?

Experience worship with 650 young people, challenging games, great media, dynamic speaker...

Schedule:

7:30 - 8:15   Registration (First day only)

Morning        Worship & Message (start at 830 am)
                    Game & Group Interaction

Afternoon    Recreation & Group Interaction
                    TC Media Presentation
                    Supper & Group Interaction

Evening        Worship & Message
                    Pick up: First Day 9:00 pm /Second Day 9:30 pm

How do I know which ministry team I am accepted in?

The team coordinator/ counselor will email you, within one week after the application deadline to confirm your status.  Audition and interview may be required for Worship, Media, Captain and Master of Ceremony.

Where can I find the volunteer application form?

most church in Toronto will receive the volunteer form by July 15, 2005.  Or you can download the pdf form here or the WinWord form here or complete an online application here

What is Teens Conference ?

Teens Conference in an annual two-day March Break conference organized by Ambassadors For Christ In Canada for high school students.

What is iDzone Performing Arts ministry ?

The purpose of this ministry is to connect and equip high school and university students who have the passion to glorify God with their talents in performing arts such as dance and drama.  This ministry will have the potential to serve the Lord at Teens Conference, Joint school evangelistic meeting and other church settings.

If I am an University student, can I volunteer as a Captain?

We might consider to accept Year 1 college or university student (only from in-town college and university) to be a Captain for TC2006.  And we might have to check your time schedule.  (we don't encourage class skipping :o)

Can two Grade 10 lead a team together?

Possible.  But we are not able to guarantee your request.  As we are trying to team up experienced captain with new captain.

When is the Team Captain Training?

There are mandatory training in February, 2006. 
Feb 4^th (Sat) – training for captains [1-4 p.m.]

Feb 11^th (Sat) – training for captains [1-4 p.m.]

Feb 18^th (Sat) – conference orientation for captains & coaches [1-4 p.m.]

Feb 25^th (Sat) – preparation time for captains & coaches [1-4 p.m.]
They will all be held at Toronto Chinese Methodist Church (8 Metropolitan Rd., Warden/401).

• You have to print the receipt out and bring it along with you to get register on the first day of the Teens Conference.  (please remember to bring your health card (photocopy is ok) as well)
